STROKE PROGRAM FOR THE STIFF AND TIGHT TENNIS PLAYER
IT IS A TRAINING PROGRAM BASED ON THE CONCEPT THAT SWINGING A TENNIS RACKET IS A FLUID CIRCULAR MOVEMENT.
WE TRAIN THIS PATTERN WITH A SERIES OF EXERCISES TO IMPROVE THE SEQUENCE OF THE TENNIS STROKE TO INCREASE THE RANGE OF MOTION, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, RHYTHM, AND COORDINATION OF THE PLAYER WHEN ATTEMPTING TO PRODUCE AN EFFICIENT TENNIS STROKE.
