The pure goal of this program is to use the skills learned in TORQUE I to improve body functionality for THROWING, PUNCHING, KICKING and SWINGING, while avoiding injuries in the HIP, KNEE, ANKLE, SHOULDER, ELBOW, WRIST and LOWER BACK.
